Prairie Willow Wellness Training provides practical, in-person  workplace mental health training for organizations looking to build psychologically safe, resilient, and supportive workplaces. We specialize in workplace wellness programs including Mental Health First Aid*, The Working Mind*, workplace wellness workshops designed to help leaders and staff recognize, respond to, and support mental health challenges in the workplace.

Serving rural communities, businesses, non-profits, and corporate organizations across Canada, Prairie Willow Wellness Training focuses on burnout prevention, stress management, psychological safety, and employee wellbeing. Our evidence-informed training equips teams with real-world skills that improve communication, strengthen workplace culture, and support healthier, more productive employees both at work and in everyday life.
